Designation Assistant Manager - Accounts K Raheja Bangalore
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Accounts with proficiency in Accounts Finalisation, Taxation matters, Audits and Statutory Compliances.
• Sound accounting background with proficiency in taxation matters.
• Hands on experience of working on SAP FICO module.
1. Bill booking for Administration expenses and imprest expenses.
2. Overall checking of bills like proper documentation, certification, statutory and other deductions and compliances before making payment.
3. Preparing and issuing cheques.
4. Ensuring receipt raised/supported for collections from customers before depositing the same into bank account.
5. Tracking receivables, receipts raised with books.
6. Invoice tracking till payment.
7. Updating tax computations and processing statutory payments like TDS, ST, VAT etc.,
8. Preparing BRS and reporting on unreconcile items.
9. Coordinating for banking activities like cheque/dd deposition/purchase and foreign payments, bank statements.
10. Periodical checking of stock register with issues/receipts and physical stock verification along with storekeeper.
11. Reporting on advances, receivables, payables and long pending items.
12. Passing provisional entries and month end closure activities.
13. Preparation of MIS reports like GRIR open items, invoice tracker, aging reports for inventory, payables, advances and receivables, sales status like bookings, collections, receivables and agreement status, Wo/Po open items status.
14. Updating project cost actual vs budget.
15. Updating cash flows actual vs estimate.
16. Keeping files and records.
17. Assistance in Accounts Finalisation, Audit and MIS.
