Hands on technical support experience with SAP Basis Administration in a medium- or large-sized environment.
Hands on experience with Net weaver 2004S or higher with system copy experience.
Very strong technical skills in UNIX and ORACLE Database.
•Manages the installation of new SAP systems and instances to meet expanding business requirements. This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a time-line for the installation of hardware and software, and configuring the system.
•Demonstrate strong SAP Basis administration and technical core competencies tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, installation add-on software components, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance tuning and establishing standard Basis background jobs and system health checks and monitoring.
•Provides technical and analytical guidance to department staff members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
•SAP CRM Installation Planning, Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades.
•Proven experience in installing and fine tuning SAP environments such as R3 & CRM.
Completion of several full lifecycle implementations required.
Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others.
A high standard for work ethic and quality.
Knowledge of infrastructure process & procedures.
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
•Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
