SAP Program / Delivery Manager SAP India Bangalore Delhi Mumbai
To manage the profitable and effective deployment of SAP solutions to our clients through the application of SAP technology, services and methodologies. Must be a PMP certified / Equivalent Project Management Certification.
The Program Manager provides leadership to the assigned consultants, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.
* B.E., C.A. - MBA preferred
* PMP Certification / Other equivalent Project Management certification is must.
* Must have led at least 4 end-to-end ERP project life cycle and is knowledgeable on the methodology
* Strong knowledge of ASAP methodology and Solution Manager will be an advantage
* Must have managed a portfolio of projects and taken decisions on costs, budgets, resources and profits across projects
* Manage performance of multiple project managers reporting to Program Manager
* Strong business knowledge and experience in CPG, FMCG, Utility, Automotive, Telecom , Metals or Retail Business
* Ability to lead Project Managers, plan and up skill them
* Be able to manage engagements in the defined Sector, positioning and selling of consulting services
* Ability to engage with senior management at CXO level
* Strong communication skills with good presentation and writing skills
* Strong solution experience in Financials / Logistics / Human Capital Management and in one or more industry verticals will be essential
* Need for supporting sales and the business development team in customer engagements.
