Should have approx. 4-5 years of experience, ideally, in Business Development in the Industrial Automation field or in Related IT solutions (for E.g. SAP, MES, Process Optimization Solutions). Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and MES will be the essential. Should have experience in building up a solution to customers requirement and proposal making
Job Description
1) Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Marketing
2) Location: Sarla Technologies – Mumbai
3) Educational Qualification: BE MBA (desirable)
4) Experience: Should have approx. 4-5 years of experience, ideally, in Business Development in the Industrial Automation field or in Related IT solutions (for E.g. SAP, MES, Process Optimization Solutions). Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and MES will be the essential. Should have experience in building up a solution to customers requirement and proposal making
5) Reporting: To Sales Manager based in Mumbai.
6) Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for Solutions marketing in specific vertical industries such as Life Science, Steel and Metal, Cement, Oil and Gas, CPG etc. These solutions are developed around Ge Fanuc Proficy software’s. Some of the solutions would already be in use in a specific company, the same needs to be marketed in that vertical segment. Some of the solutions would have been implemented by our world wide counterparts, these solutions to be propagated in similar segments in India.
7) Key Requirement: Willing to travel, and explore complimentary solutions / products revolving around our product offerings.
Business Development activities
Primary marketing activities, as follows:
a. Understand the solutions, its advantages and benefits.
b. Identifying prospects
c. Making appropriate Proposals.
d. Research and identify complimentary products that can be sourced from International Companies.
Performance Measurement Criteria will be as follows:
· Meeting aggressive growth targets.
· How well the particular application gets marketed in the specific market segment.
· Taking the initiative in identifying complimentary products / Solutions.
